In 2017, Kinamo achieved ISO 9001 certification, underscoring its commitment to quality management and customer satisfaction. In December 2024, we added ISO 27001 certification. This certification is essential because it proves that we meet the strict requirements for information security.

- Internal audits: continuously, we subject our processes and procedures to thorough internal audits. This helps identify deviations, address them and implement structural improvements.
- External audits: An independent party conducts an external audit every six months to ensure that the organization continues to meet the set standards.
- Recertification: A comprehensive recertification audit is conducted at least every three years. This re-evaluates whether the management system is still effective and compliant.
