If you are not receiving Kinamo invoices via Peppol or in your accounting software, your Peppol ID is likely not recognized in our system
For companies or organizations that are not yet registered in our system with a Peppol ID, we automatically perform a check and attempt to update this information automatically. Sometimes, we may not be able to automatically locate your Peppol ID.
In that case, you can submit your Peppol ID via a support request (you cannot change or enter it yourself). Our team will add your Peppol ID, and future invoices will be automatically sent to the Peppol platform.
