I’m placing an order through the website, but the invoices need to be sent to someone else. Is that possible?

Yes, that’s possible.

When you place an order yourself via the Kinamo website, you will receive the invoices for those services. This is intentional, because you are the person who placed the order and are therefore responsible for the services purchased.
Would you like someone else to receive the invoices as well, such as someone from the accounting department or an external accountant? In that case, you can add a financial user in MyKinamo.

How do I add a financial user?

  1. Log in to MyKinamo
  2. Go to account settings > users
  3. There you can invite a user.

Please note: you can only do this if you are the account administrator. Do you want to invite someone but don’t have the necessary access? Contact the service administrator, or if you believe you are the administrator, contact Kinamo Support.

What can a financial user do within MyKinamo?

  • can log in to the MyKinamo customer portal;
  • can view and download invoices;
  • automatically receive all future invoices by email.

Important

  • Both the service administrator at our company (the person who placed the order) and the financial user receive the invoices. This ensures that the person responsible for the services is always kept informed of the invoicing.
  • Once a Peppol ID is known, the invoice is also sent via Peppol, in addition to being sent by email.
