You can easily update your account address information (street, house number, ZIP code, and city) via MyKinamo.

How do I update my information in MyKinamo?

  1. Log in to MyKinamo
  2. Go to account settings
  3. On the account settings overview screen, you’ll see your current information and the option to edit it

Certain administrative details cannot be changed directly and require assistance from our support team:

  • VAT number
  • Peppol ID
  • Email address of the administrative contact

Why can’t I update certain details myself?

Some data is directly linked to your organization’s legal identity and to our billing and service delivery.

A change to, for example, the VAT number affects current contracts, invoices, and legal obligations. To avoid errors and administrative issues, these changes are therefore processed in a controlled manner through support.

How do I request this change?

If you wish to update details such as the VAT number or primary contact, you can simply submit a support request.

Administrative fee: For administrative changes that result in a change to the organization requiring adjustments to invoices that have already been sent, we charge a one-time administrative fee of €15.00.
