Can I use Laravel, Symfony, Phalcon or CodeIgniter frameworks on shared hosting?

Category: All about web hosting

CodeIgniter Laravel Phalcon PHP Symfony

If you want to program with the Laravel, Symfony, Phalcon or CodeIgniter PHP frameworks, we suggest you choose a virtual server, cloud server or dedicated server hosting.

The requirements of the frameworksmake them incompatible with our shared hosting cluster. Besides, it is much easier to maintain your framework using command line on a VPS server.

Since a part of the frameworks, the Composer app, requires command line (shell) access for installation, configuration and maintenance, we suggest you choose our virtual server hosting or cloud server hosting.
