What service level guarantees (SLA) are available for a server housing (co-location)?

Server housing or co-location customers can fall back on an excellent service level guarantee. A Kinamo server housing service comes by default with the Kinamo Server Housing Service Level Agreement. This agreement includes a guaranteed power delivery, IP addresses, redundant connectivity and guarantees on the offered network connectivity.

Since you are the owner of the server, and not Kinamo, we offer no guarantee on the hardware.
You are responsible for the replacement of faulty components.
