Cloud Servers SLA Virtuele Servers

By default, your virtual private server (VPS) does not come with a Service Level Agreement and falls under the standard support we offer for our shared hosting (webspace) customers. As every Kinamo customer you can make use of our excellent support desk, both by phone or through e-mail.

It is possible to get a Standard Service Level Agreement (Standard SLA) for virtual servers at an additional cost per month. If you require more guarantees we suggest you to take a look at our VMware-based cloud hosting solutions, the Kinamo Cloud.

However, Kinamo guarantees 99,99% network uptime, and as a virtual server customer, you benefit from this too!
