How do I place my website online?

Category: All about web hosting

You can put your website online via file transfer via FTP (File Transfer Protocol) or SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol).

Simply connect to the Kinamo FTP server with a specific FTP program (such as FileZilla) using the username and password you received from us.

You will then enter a folder structure of your website. The files of your website should be placed in the "www" folder, as this is the "document root" of your website hosting.
