How can I setup an out of office message or turn off my out of office message?

Activate your Out of Office message
You may set up an "Out of Office" message (or vacation message) through the Kinamo Webmail website:
- Surf to https://webmail.kinamo.be/ and log in with your e-mail address and password
- Click Filters in the left pane
- Click on Vacation
- Enter the Subject
- Enter the Message you would like to send to the persons who receive your out of office notification
- Click Save and Enable
Your out of office message is now activated.
Deactivate your Out of Office message
If you would like to de-activate the "Out of Office" message please follow the following steps:
- Surf to https://webmail.kinamo.be/ and login with your e-mail address and password
- Click on Filters in the left pane
- Click on Vacation
- Click Save and Disable
- Click Forward
- Click Save and Disable
Your out of office message is now disabled.
