When are backups of my virtual server taken?

Kinamo always makes a backup of the entire virtual server file system.

Your virtual server is backed up every night to a seperate backup volume on the Kinamo Storage Arean Network (SAN) system.

How do I restore a backup of my virtual private server?

You can ask for a restore up to five days back in time. Contact Kinamo Support to request a restore of your virtual private server.
