You can ask us to upgrade your hosting subscription at any time. As soon as we have received your request, we will switch your subscription. The remaining credit for your initial subscription will be subtracted from the new hosting formula you've chosen.

If you have a basic subscription and in the middle of your term you upgrade to a higher level, you will receive a discount for the remaining period on the basic subscription on your next invoice.

Please note that a hosting subscription can not be downgraded.
