Can I get support for my server housing service?

If you are a server housing customer, the Kinamo support staff is only available for making an appointment for access to the datacenter, checking connectivity of your server or modification of firewall rules related to your server.

You may ask Kinamo to verify certain problems on your server, however this will be billed at our normal support hour rate.
