As a server housing customer, do I have access to the datacenter?
Only Kinamo rack housing customers have direct access to the datacenter and can gain access to their own rented rack 24/7 through a personal access code.
Server housing or server co-location customers can only gain access in the precense of a Kinamo employee. You will need to make an appointment with one of our support employees beforehand. An appointment can be made through the support request form.
