A NS (name server) record allows you to delegate the DNS of one of your subdomains to a different nameserver.

Your domain name for example uses the default Kinamo nameservers. You may determine however that your own nameserver for which you already created an A record (ns.yourdomain.be) will do DNS resolving for domain name intranet.yourdomain.be.

In order to achieve this, enter as a hostname "intranet" and as nameserver "ns.yourdomain.be". Whenever there is a request for DNS information for intranet.yourdomain.be, the Kinamo nameservers will delegate towards your nameserver, ns.yourdomain.be.
