How to install an SSL certificate on Microsoft Exchange 2003

Microsoft Exchange makes use of the IIS console for certificate management. To install an SSL certificate with Microsoft IIS 5 or Microsoft IIS 6, please consult the « IIS 5/6 SSL Certificate Installation Instructions » article.
