The challenge
As a fast-growing HR tech company, the client is fully committed to digital services. To ensure their platform could scale seamlessly with the business, they wanted to focus on:

- A faster time to market (TTM) for the SaaS solution: New features, security patches, and custom code must be deployed quickly so that customers can always enjoy the latest innovations on the HR application platform;

The client was already using BitBucket as a code repository, so in consultation with the third-party developer, we decided to set up a continuous deployment pipeline integrated with the AWS Elastic Container Registry (ECR).
The deployment workflow ensures that new versions go live and any database migrations on AWS Aurora RDS are performed without downtime:
- Server images are automatically built and published to AWS ECR;
- Scripts handle automatic deployments and database migrations;
- Version control, testing, and staging follow fixed workflows;
This automation enables frequent and controlled releases without service interruption.
3. Manage: AWS Managed Services with a clear structure
The entire AWS infrastructure is managed according to the Kinamo Managed Services Framework, which provides:
