Domain Name Syntax

Please take note of the following general restrictions when registering your domain name.

Domain name length must be between 3 and 63 characters.

  • Alphabetic characters, from a to z, in lowercase
  • Numeric characters between 0 and 9
  • Dashes (except in 3rd or 4th position)

Domain names with the following tld's can contain special characters:

  • .be domain name: ßàáâãóôþüúðæåïçèõöÿýòäœêëìíøùîûñé

Domain names must begin and end with an alphanumeric character. Dashes are not allowed in first and last positions.
